Fasting and the Book of Mormon
Hola Familia!!! Hijole! Mission time is so weird... the days can sometimes be so long but it feels like I was writing a weekly just yesterday! The weeks just zoom by! Here are some of the highlights from this week! On Monday we had another lesson with Faine and Amber. We took a super awesome member with us and read over The Family: A Proclamation to the World. It went super well. We were able to focus a little more on Amber and her needs and we think that it helped a lot. We weren't necessarily able to have another official lesson with both of them but we stopped by yesterday and taught a short little bit to Faine. She is doing so well and completeling the commitments that we give her, and has even talked to her boss about having Sundays off so she can go to church! She said she can, but they have to hire someone to replace her on Sundays. We keep praying for her and know that if she continues to show her faith in reading the scriptures daily and praying, and doing her part, that ...
